🚚 Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

United States: 5–10 business days
Canada, UK, Australia, and Europe: 7–15 business days
Other International Locations: 10–20 business days

💰 Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 USD.
For orders under $50, a flat shipping fee of $4.95 may apply (depending on location).
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details. You can also track your order anytime through our “Track My Order” page.
🚫 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural events, or courier issues. However, if your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, contact us within 15 days of the expected delivery date — we’ll do our best to resolve it quickly.

For international orders, customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
